All individual guests are eligible for Maya Rewards membership. Maya Rewards membership is not transferable.
Membership in Maya Rewards is open only to individual residents in countries where the program is permitted by law. Corporations, associations or groups are not permitted to enroll in Maya Rewards.
Membership in Maya Rewards is valid within three (3) years.
Members must not maintain membership in or earn Points on multiple accounts.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse Membership without a given reason or reject any application if the required information is not supplied accurately and in full.
B. Earning Points
The points of the Maya Rewards are based on qualifying room rates at Maya Ubud Resort & Spa, Maya Sanur Resort & Spa, Food & Beverage consumption in participating outlets (excludes alcoholic beverages and FB activities) and spa treatments. Service charges, taxes, and other incidental charges are not eligible for Maya Rewards points.
It is the Members' responsibility to quote their Maya Rewards membership number or registered email address when making accommodation reservations or when purchasing food, beverage and spa services.
Members may log in to the Maya Rewards members' portal rewards.mayaresorts.com to check their Maya Rewards point balance and transaction activities or email the Maya Rewards Membership Services Manager at rewards@mayaresorts.com, to get an update.
Members who are missing credit from their Maya Rewards member account must notify the Maya Rewards Membership Services Manager within 30 days of the bill creation date. Failure to notify the membership services team, will result in non-credit of the relevant Maya Rewards points. Members can verify their points seven (7) days after they have checked out. For any claims regarding missing Maya Rewards points, please contact Maya Rewards Membership Services via email at rewards@mayaresorts.com using your registered email address, or by filling out the "Report Missing Points" form on our website.
Maya Rewards points are credited to members as long as they stay and pay for the room; at Maya Ubud Resort & Spa and Maya Sanur Resort & Spa.
A guest must have been enrolled as a Maya Rewards member by the time of stay and before check out in order to earn Maya Rewards points.
Maya Rewards Points are valid within three (3) years only or 36 months from month of issuance.
Members will earn Maya Rewards Points for every eligible IDR (or other currency equivalent) charged to an individual Member's hotel bill ("eligible folio") for stays at participating hotels.
The term "eligible folio charges" within the Maya Rewards include room rates, food and beverage consumed at outlets (excludes alcoholic beverages) and spa treatments that are billed to the Member's room during their stay. Resort activities, in-room dining, excursions and any other consumption are not eligible for points.
The cycle of your current tier is valid for 3 years.
If you qualify for a new tier, the cycle will start over and will last for another 3 years.
When you are at the Silver tier, you may keep on collecting status points until you change membership tier.
D. Recognition and Benefits
Members are required to present their Membership e-Cards to enjoy privileges and/or discounts in the Hotel, participating outlets or with Maya Rewards participating partners. The Hotel may request for additional identification cards for verification purposes.
The privileges and/or discounts will be extended only to the Members whose name appears on the e-card. The e-card must be presented in order to enjoy the membership privileges and/or discounts unless otherwise stated.
Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Based on your room selection, you may be upgraded to the next room category.

E. General Rules
Your Maya Rewards Membership e-card remains the property of the Hotel. Use of your Card constitutes acceptance of the benefits, privileges and the terms and conditions listed herein.
Whenever there is a change of personal particulars, it is the Member's sole responsibility to update their membership record in the Maya Rewards Members' Portal or inform Maya Rewards Membership Services in writing. If the security of that information is breached by Member or a third party, Maya Rewards shall not be liable for any access to that account not authorized by Member, accumulation of Points, redemption of Rewards, or other account activity that occurs as a result, and in no event shall Maya Rewards be responsible for reimbursing Member for any Points redeemed or other damages or losses claimed to occur as a result of that unauthorized access.
The safe keep of the Reward Vouchers is the sole responsibility of the member. There shall be no replacement of reward vouchers.
The Maya Rewards Membership Services Office reserves the right to correct any Member statements or Maya Rewards Point accruals or balances that are incorrect due to processing errors.
The Hotel reserves the right to amend the rules, restrictions, program benefits, and special offers without notice. Maya Rewards may attempt, but is not required, to send correspondence to active Members to advise them of matters of interest, including notification of Point forfeiture or Program changes. The Hotel reserves the right to terminate the Maya Rewards program at any time.
Earnings of Maya Rewards Points and redemption of Rewards are subject to all applicable laws and regulations of Indonesia.
Benefits and Rewards received under Maya Rewards may be subject to taxes. Such taxes are the sole responsibility of the Member who is the recipient of the said benefit or Reward.
The Hotel makes no warranties or representations, whether expressed or implied, and expressly disclaim any and all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to the quality of goods or services claimed, redeemed and/or enjoyed through the Maya Rewards. All conditions, warranties or other terms implied by law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations. In the event any Member transfers the use of any Reward Vouchers, this Clause shall also apply to the transferee.
The Hotel and/or Maya Rewards reserve the right to adjust the Maya Rewards Point values as and when necessary to reflect changing market conditions.
Fraud or abuse concerning Maya Rewards or Reward usage is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by the Hotel and/or participating partners.
The sale or barter of any Maya Rewards Points, Certificates, Rewards Confirmations or other Maya Rewards benefits other than by Maya Rewards is prohibited. Any Points, Certificates or benefits which Maya Resorts deems in its sole discretion to have been transferred, sold or assigned in violation of Program Terms and Conditions may be confiscated or canceled.
This Program is void where prohibited by law.
Maya Rewards Loyalty Program is a program operated by the Hotel. Service providers and partners may also have access to Members' records.
All interpretations of the Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of the Hotel.
In case of the death of a Member, Points and Tier status in the Member's account will not be transferred to another active Member.
It takes a maximum of 72 hours after a transaction to be processed and changes to be seen in the loyalty program platform.
Redeemed points are non-refundable.
