Term and Conditions
  • Redeemable at Maya Ubud Resort & Spa.
  • Each court hire voucher is valid for two hours of usage.
  • Tennis equipment available
  • E-voucher is non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
  • Please present voucher at time of redemption to hotel staff.
  • Not to be used in conjunction with any existing promotional rate.
  • The voucher is transferable and can be used as a gift.
  • Once issued, all e-vouchers are non-reversible into program points or any other form of credit.
  • In event of unforeseen weather circumstances, the experience may be rescheduled at the discretion of Maya Ubud Resort & Spa.
​Validity
  • This voucher is valid for 120 days from date of purchase. The expiry date is also stated on the voucher.
​Redemption Procedure
  • For reservations - please email leisure@mayaubud.com or reach us via Whatsapp at: +62 823-3934-1238.
  • Minimum 24 hours prior reservation is required and is subject to availability.
  • Present e-voucher upon making reservation otherwise, vouchers are not valid.
  • If cancellation occurs within 12 hours prior to the reserved time, the voucher will be considered redeemed and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
