Procedure
Term and Conditions
  • Redeemable at Maya Ubud Resort & Spa.
  • Cooking class will be conducted at Mayasari Restaurant.
  • Available daily from 12.00 PM onwards.
  • Approximately 3 hours.
  • Includes food, cooking equipment & apron.
  • Each voucher corresponds to one individual participant for the cooking class experience.
  • The experience offered requires a minimum of two participants to proceed with the scheduled time slot.
  • If the minimum number of participants is not met, the experience may be rescheduled or cancelled at the discretion of Maya Ubud Resort & Spa. In such cases, participants will be notified in advance and provided with alternative time slot.
  • E-voucher is non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
  • Please present voucher at time of redemption to hotel staff.
  • Not to be used in conjunction with any existing promotional rate.
  • The voucher is transferable and can be used as a gift.
  • Once issued, all e-vouchers are non-reversible into program points or any other form of credit.
​Validity
  • This voucher is valid for 120 days from date of purchase. The expiry date is also stated on the voucher.

  • Minimum 24 hours prior reservation is required and is subject to availability.
  • Present e-voucher upon making reservation otherwise, vouchers are not valid.
  • If cancellation occurs within 12 hours prior to the reserved time, the voucher will be considered redeemed and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
